Measuring services (1)
The Measuring Department of the MTI carries out measurements for various clients and the dredging sector in particular. The department has at its disposal a wide range of measuring apparatus including torquemeters, tachometers, pressure gauges, noise and vibration meters, level meters and velocity and concentration indicators. The measured data are registered by means of the most up to date equipment.
More important than these facilities, however, the department offers the accumulated know-how off over 40 years of measurement services. The greater part of which was acquired on board ships, various types of dredgers, self-elevating platforms, cranes, etc.
